4. Refund Fees: Kimipost may deduct a processing fee of up to 2% of the order value to cover the costs associated with the refund transaction. This fee is in line with Razorpay’s terms and norms.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel your order until it is picked up.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@kimipost.com or through our website’s chat feature. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.
